Buggs.” Dr. Debra Mumford is Dean of the Seminary and Frank H. Caldwell Professor of Homiletics at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. An ordained Baptist minister, Dr. Mumford is a skilled preaching scholar and practitioner.
