Promises, Promises – Deuteronomy 23:21-23
His promise is true
But what of mine
The promises
The vows
All these I make
Do I hold to them
Do I really mean them
Why do I utter them
If my heart has no intention
Of seeing them through
Oh Lord how can I change
Be true to myself
And to those who I promise
Oh Lord I praise You
For Your promises are true
And Your love never fails
