Searching – Proverbs 21:21
Why do they search so long
I was one of them
Searching despite all
All they hold
The riches and possessions
It was never enough
Something was missing
Something they couldn’t find
I couldn’t find it either
Despite all that was held
Then I found the Lord
And followed a path
Of righteousness and love
That’s when I found it
A life within the Lord
Still so many
Still search
Never finding
What it is they need
