Justice, Heroes, and Jesus

The pervasive nature of injustice can make our efforts to seek justice feels insignificant. It's easy to feel discouraged when corruption and abuse seem so powerful and able to continue despite laws or morality. Yet Kristen Deede Johnson, co-author of The Justice Calling: Where Passion Meets Perseverance, joins our Groundwork conversation to discuss how the Bible reveals that our responsibility and passion for justice as believers stems from God's own character, and how we find encouragement in our pursuit of justice through scriptures that highlight Christ's role as prophet, priest, and king.
